At c/o GERD, we have always created our products with respect for nature, the body, and the time it takes to truly care for it. But we also want to share more than ingredient lists – we want to share thoughts about life.
Longevity – not just living long but living deeply
You've probably seen the word: longevity . There's talk of blue zones, anti-inflammatory habits, and biohacks. But maybe it's simpler than that.
We humans feel best when we move, sleep well, laugh with others, eat colorful food – and feel purposeful. And sometimes it's the smallest adjustments in everyday life that have the biggest effects.
Taking a shower that is also a ceremony. Choosing a cream with ingredients you understand. Feeling that what you are doing for your skin is an act of care, not a quick fix.
Happiness – a routine not a destination
We often talk about happiness as something we should achieve. But what if it's something we can practice ?
A happiness routine can be something as quiet as logging out. Going outside. Listening in. Not as an achievement – but as a return to what we already know: it is here in our everyday choices that life happens.
Mindfulness – not a trend but an opportunity
Yes, the word is used a lot. But when we peel away the headlines, it's all about one thing: being where you are.
Feeling the water in the shower. Hearing your own voice. Looking another person in the eye. Mindfulness is not something you have to master – it is something you get to return to again and again.
And what am I doing right now?
I'd like to share what I'm doing right now – maybe it can inspire you to find your own path:
My very own happiness routine has been with me for almost six months now. Every evening by 8:00 PM, I put my phone away. Before I go to bed, I meditate for ten minutes – sometimes in silence, sometimes with guidance. In the morning, I wake up in silence with a short meditation where I set my intention for the day.
This simple, quiet pattern makes a difference. Professionally but above all personally. It helps me listen – both inwardly and outwardly.
