Ginger and lemon are anti-inflammatory and have a very low pH value, which makes the body more resistant to viruses. Lemon and ginger drink:
3 dl water
a piece of fresh ginger
squeezed lemon
honey
possibly star anise or cinnamon
Bring water to a boil. Turn off the heat. Grate or slice fresh ginger and add to the saucepan. Add a squeeze of squeezed lemon. Sweeten with honey as needed and season with cinnamon or star anise.
