When Johan and Anna-Lena, who founded c/o GERD, received an email from a customer, they immediately knew: no, we have to do something about this. At the time, we only had one fragrance-free product in our range. It was often bought by parents of young children who used it as an all-round product for their babies.
The email we received was from a woman who had severe eczema on her hands and she had tried everything. From the strongest prescription medications to home remedies, salon treatments. Her life was negatively affected as she worked in home care where hand hygiene is extremely important.
She had met Anna-Lena at the Allt för Hälsan fair in Stockholm where she had received advice on what she could do. After following the advice, fully aware that it was NOT a medical treatment, but a soothing and natural cosmetic treatment, she finally got the effect she wanted. She became free from her eczema.
What did she do, you might be wondering? Well, at that time we had a product called Baby Balm that has 100% organic ingredients in its formula. She used it by lubricating her hands thoroughly and then putting on a pair of cotton gloves. After just two weeks, she achieved results and now needs to maintain this regimen once a month.
With this email and all the constant requests on our customer email and on social media, we decided to make a series that contains as few raw materials as possible, no fragrances and no active substances. It would be unisex for both men and women and would work even on the smallest ones.
We named the series the 24/7 Series and today it has evolved to include

- 24/7 Fragrance Free Conditioner - Detangling and shine-giving conditioner without perfume.
- 24/7 Body Lotion – richly moisturizing lotion for all body types, even for babies and children.
- 24/7 Deodorant – Aluminum free deodorant
- 24/7 Skin Oil – use as a body oil for adults, children and babies.
- 24/7 Fragrance Free Lip Care - Moisturizing lip balm in a practical tube.
- Pure Jojoba Oil – For face and body. A wonderful oil that suits most people.
During the process we learned that in Sweden alone, 33% have a sensitivity to scents to varying degrees from severe to mild. Our 24/7 Series for scent-sensitive people is very appreciated and we hope that those of you who will try it will enjoy it and find it helpful.
Finally. Let's be clear. These are cosmetics and NOT pharmaceuticals – but oh how our skin sometimes just needs clean products without drying fragrances, SLS, synthetics, acids or silicones.
