Products for dry & mature skin

When skin feels dry and more mature, its needs also change. It can feel thinner, less elastic and have a harder time retaining moisture. Then it is extra important to give it both nutrition, protection and lots of hydration. A gentle, creamy cleanser that does not dry out is the foundation. Then a moisturizing serum with, for example, hyaluronic acid makes a big difference in binding moisture deep down.

A richer face cream with nourishing oils and preferably ingredients that strengthen the skin barrier helps the skin feel soft, supple and more elastic. For mature skin, antioxidants are also important – they protect against external stress and contribute to more radiance. And don't forget facial oil if your skin feels extra dry. A few drops can do wonders for both comfort and glow.

Blueberries are your best friend ♥

Blueberry Seed Oil is an exclusive, cold-pressed oil rich in essential fatty acids, especially omega-3 and omega-6, in a balanced composition that resembles the skin's own lipids. This makes it particularly beneficial for dry and mature skin, where the skin barrier is often weakened and the need for nutrition is greater.

Through its fatty acid content, the oil helps to strengthen the skin barrier and reduce moisture loss, while restoring suppleness and softness to skin that easily feels tight. It has a soothing and balancing effect on sensitive skin and helps protect against oxidative stress thanks to its naturally high content of antioxidants.

Blueberry Seed Oil also contains natural vitamin E and phytosterols that help maintain skin elasticity and restore radiance. It absorbs easily without feeling heavy, while providing deep, long-lasting nourishment.

For dry and mature skin, blueberry seed oil becomes more than just an oil – it acts as a nourishing protector that helps the skin feel stronger, softer and more vibrant.

Our best tips

For dry and mature skin, just one cream is rarely enough. It's about creating a well-thought-out routine where every step supports the skin. Here are some of our very best tips:

  • Don't wash too often and don't use products that are too strong. A gentle cleanser like Eco Clean Face Canola is usually enough in the evening, and in the morning, lukewarm water may be enough. Too much cleansing breaks down the skin's already sensitive barrier.

  • Avoid over-exfoliating. Mature skin needs cell renewal, but too much acid or strong peels can make the skin thinner and more sensitive. Instead, opt for a gentle exfoliant like our Eco Facial Scrub . Exfoliate your skin no more than twice a week.

  • Don't forget your neck and décolleté. These areas often show age and dryness just as clearly as your face, but rarely get the same care. So make sure to apply serums, oils and creams there properly too – and work the products in with gentle, downward movements.

  • Protect your skin daily. Sun protection is one of the most effective ways to preserve skin elasticity and prevent further dryness and pigmentation changes.
